The kit arrived nearly a week ago, and I managed to find some time to work with it over the holidays. I plugged everything in and flashed the provided SD card for the Orange Pi. The support pages and the "Standalone AI on Orange Pi 5 Plus" YouTube guide were a huge help in setting up the Metis M.2 card.
I tested it by running a YOLOv8l-pose model, and everything runs smoothly now. So, the fun part begins: integrating streams from different cameras and models with Home Assistant. I'll keep you posted on the next steps soon!
