Metis Compute Board inaccessible

Hello,

I’ve setup my Metis Compute Board 111c today and it worked fine via SSH in the beginning. Now I wanted to reboot the board but it is inaccessible now.

• Ethernet responds to ping at 192.168.1.118, with MAC 00:07:32:cf:61:8e, but SSH returns “Connection refused.”
• HDMI displays only the Axelera logo. A connected USB keyboard and mouse produces no visible response.
• I’ve connected via USB-C but it’s not detected on my host PC (I tried two different ones and different cables). dmesg  shows no message at all and also adb can’t find any devices. I’ve verified the USB Cable works with other devices and I can see them in dmesg. 
• I cannot identify any recovery or reset buttons on the board.

Is there any way to recover or reset the board without access via ssh, keyboard, and usb-c? Are there any pins or buttons I can toggle to force a reset or recovery procedure? 

If not, what else can I do?
