Open a browser tab and navigate to https://software.axelera.ai/ui/login where you can login using your Axelera AI account credentials. It is the same account for our Community and Support Portal.
On the Login page, click on the button labeled "customers". In the top-right corner of the website under your profile, click Edit Profile and then click the button Generate an Identity Token. Please make sure to copy and store the token somewhere safe.
